Samode Palace (Entrance and gardens)

This is where they filmed the 'Far Pavilions' along with a number of Bollywood movies. We freaked when we had to pay 500R each (12.50) for entry but were slightly appeased by the thought of a complimentary breakfast.. Let me tell you the breakfast was probably the best we have had on this trip AND we had no idea the of the beauty of the Darbar hall that lay within.

When I come back with Al - we are so staying here - it's totally our style.
